1. About this service
Global Talent Visa UK is an independent information and introduction service. We help you assess your potential fit for the UK Global Talent Visa and, where appropriate, introduce you to immigration advisers who are regulated in the UK by the OISC or SRA. We are not a law firm, we are not a regulated immigration adviser, and we do not provide legal or immigration advice.
2. No advice and no professional relationship
Nothing on this website constitutes legal or immigration advice, and using this site does not create a solicitor–client or adviser–client relationship with us. Any advice, assessment or representation is provided solely by the regulated adviser you choose to engage, under their own terms and regulatory obligations.
3. Eligibility check is indicative only
Our eligibility check is an automated, general self-assessment tool. Its result is indicative only, is not a decision or a promise of endorsement or a visa, and does not take account of the full facts of your case. Only a regulated adviser (and ultimately the endorsing body and the Home Office) can properly assess your eligibility.
4. Introductions and third parties
Where we introduce you to a regulated adviser, we are not a party to any agreement between you and that adviser. We are not responsible for the advice, services, fees, conduct or outcomes of any third-party adviser. You are free to choose your own adviser and should carry out your own checks (for example, confirming their OISC or SRA regulation).
5. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee any endorsement, visa or other immigration outcome. Immigration rules change and each case is assessed on its own facts.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to misuse our forms (for example, through spam, automated abuse or attempts to disrupt the service).
7. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information, or from your dealings with any third-party adviser. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Adjust if your business is based elsewhere in the UK.
